Return Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unbroken, and in the same condition they were delivered.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including the return label. Please contact us with your order number before sending your return so we can provide instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has shipped. Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Orders successfully canceled before shipment will be refunded to the original payment method.
